MY STORY & INSPIRATION

Shane Anglin Pottery has been a dream of mine for many years now. I began working with clay here and there in 2002, and now 20 years later, Shane Anglin Pottery is a reality! A special thanks goes to my husband, who surprised me with a home studio set-up for my 40th birthday.

I have spent many years as a hobbyist potter, mainly selling to my kind and supportive friends. I love the functionality of ceramic art. My current work is focused on barware, serving ware, and home décor. Typically I am drawn to angular forms and clean lines, but I also love to experiment with different glazing techniques and forms. I am very excited to have the opportunity to grow my line of work, and continue my artistic journey.
